How to do Business with University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)?
UMBC posts procurement opportunities on its Bid Board, which serves as the University’s primary source for current solicitations: http://procurement.umbc.edu/bid-board/.
In addition, opportunities are advertised through the State of Maryland’s eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). Suppliers interested in doing business with the University are encouraged to register with both UMBC and eMMA to receive notifications of contract opportunities with the University and other state agencies.
How can I identify the appropriate contact for a specific department?

How can I submit an invoice for payment?
All invoices must be sent directly to Accounts Payable and must clearly reference the applicable purchase order or contract number, along with the supplier’s FEIN. Invoices that do not include this required information will be rejected.

How can I check on my payment?
All payments come from the Comptroller of Maryland, to check the status of your payment. When prompted, enter your Social Security Number or Federal ID Number, and create a password.

My Company changed their name/contact information how do I make the proper changes?
To update any information in our eProcurement system, please get in touch with your department contact to communicate the changes and have them initiate a new supplier docusign packet.
