Creating Sole Source Procurements

When filling out a Non-Catalog form for the sole source procurement of equipment, supplies, or services exceeding $25,000, an additional section must be completed to show that a competitive procurement process is impractical as only one product or firm is able to meet the specific need. A separate sole source form is no longer required. The Procurement Department will review the information provided and request additional information as needed. It should be noted that the Federal requirements have recently changed. Please refer to the additional information posted on Uniform Guidance if the sole source is for a federally funded purchase.

Note: Failure to provide full and complete information on the form may delay your request.
